Merge PDF

Combine multiple PDF files into one document in the order you choose.

Your files never leave your device. Everything is processed right here in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

How to use the Merge PDF

  1. Click "Choose PDF files" or drag your PDFs into the box. Add as many as you need.
  2. Put the files in the right order using the ↑ and ↓ buttons.
  3. Click "Merge PDFs".
  4. Click "Download merged PDF" to save your combined file.

Merging PDFs the easy way

Merging PDFs is useful whenever you need to send several documents as one file — for example a job application with your CV, certificates and ID proof, scanned pages of a form, or monthly bank statements for a loan application. Many upload portals accept only a single PDF, and one file is easier for the person receiving it.

This tool copies every page from your files into a new PDF in the order you set. Pages are not re-printed or re-scanned, so text stays sharp and searchable, links keep working and images keep their original quality. The size of the merged file is roughly the total of the files you added.

Unlike many online PDF tools, nothing is uploaded. The merge happens inside your browser, which matters when your documents contain personal details like Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank details or medical records.

Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until the password is removed. Open the file in a PDF reader, enter the password, and save or "print to PDF" a copy without protection, then add that copy here. If your final PDF is too large for an upload limit, try compressing any scanned images before turning them into a PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded to your server?

No. The files are merged inside your browser on your own device. They are never uploaded, so your documents stay completely private.

Is there a limit on the number or size of files?

There is no fixed limit. Because everything runs on your device, very large files (hundreds of MB) may be slow on older phones, but normal documents merge in seconds.

Will merging reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text, images and links stay the same as in your original files.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not directly. Open the file with its password in a PDF reader, save a copy without the password, then add that copy here.

Can I change the order of pages inside a file?

This tool keeps each file’s pages in their original order and lets you reorder whole files. To pick out specific pages, use the Split PDF tool first.
